He highlighted the critical role of modern technologies in ensuring the effectiveness and sustainability of these efforts.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"793\" data-end=\"1403\">The discussion then focused on the <strong data-start=\"828\" data-end=\"869\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Smart Villages in Azerbaijan: Concept for Analysis and Roadmap<\/span><\/span><\/strong> and relevant international best practices. Particular emphasis was placed on the need to conduct comprehensive surveys and interviews with all key stakeholders\u2014including relevant institutions and Shusha residents\u2014to ensure that proposed technologies are understandable, user-friendly, and respectful of the city\u2019s rich historical and cultural heritage. The importance of awareness-raising activities to improve residents\u2019 digital literacy and to facilitate the smooth adoption of innovative management approaches was also underlined.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1405\" data-end=\"1727\">Consultations were held to define the content and scope of the planned surveys and interviews.
