{"id":2659,"date":"2023-09-25T12:29:58","date_gmt":"2023-09-25T12:29:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/misunion.org\/?p=2659"},"modified":"2026-01-10T13:19:31","modified_gmt":"2026-01-10T13:19:31","slug":"ai4gov-concept-was-discussed-in-finnish-municipalities","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/misunion.org\/az\/ai4gov-concept-was-discussed-in-finnish-municipalities\/","title":{"rendered":"Meeting with Helsinki Municipality on AI-Based Governance"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"266\" data-end=\"308\"><strong data-start=\"266\" data-end=\"308\">September 25, 2023 | Helsinki, Finland<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"310\" data-end=\"588\">Within the framework of the project <em data-start=\"346\" data-end=\"458\">\u201cResearch of International Experience on the Application of Artificial Intelligence in Public Administration,\u201d<\/em> the <strong data-start=\"463\" data-end=\"504\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Modern Information Society and Innovations Public Union<\/span><\/span><\/strong> (the Union) launched a research visit to <strong data-start=\"546\" data-end=\"587\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Finland<\/span><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"590\" data-end=\"858\">As part of the visit, the Union\u2019s representatives held meetings with the <strong data-start=\"663\" data-end=\"704\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Helsinki City Municipality<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, where discussions focused on the legal, technical, systemic, and awareness-raising aspects of applying artificial intelligence in public administration.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"860\" data-end=\"1509\">During the meeting, the Union presented an overview of innovation-driven digital governance solutions implemented in Azerbaijan, including the <strong data-start=\"1003\" data-end=\"1019\">ASAN Service<\/strong> model, the <strong data-start=\"1031\" data-end=\"1054\">E-Government Portal<\/strong>, the <strong data-start=\"1060\" data-end=\"1077\">Mobile Notary<\/strong> system, <strong data-start=\"1086\" data-end=\"1097\">e-Court<\/strong> i\u015ftirak\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 <strong data-start=\"1102\" data-end=\"1119\">e-Enforcement<\/strong> systems, the <strong data-start=\"1133\" data-end=\"1167\">Labor and Employment Subsystem<\/strong>, and the <strong data-start=\"1177\" data-end=\"1190\">Findoc.az<\/strong> electronic credit history portal. Attention was also drawn to Azerbaijan\u2019s cooperation with international organizations in the field of the <strong data-start=\"1331\" data-end=\"1363\">Fourth Industrial Revolution<\/strong>, including the role of the <strong data-start=\"1391\" data-end=\"1432\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Fourth Industrial Revolution Analysis and Coordination Center (4SIM)<\/span><\/span><\/strong>, as well as the activities of the <strong data-start=\"1467\" data-end=\"1508\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Innovation and Digital Development Agency<\/span><\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1511\" data-end=\"1911\">A separate meeting with the <strong data-start=\"1539\" data-end=\"1589\">Startup Support Group of Helsinki Municipality<\/strong> focused on Finland\u2019s startup ecosystem, technical and advisory support mechanisms provided by public institutions, and tools used to promote innovation-oriented startup initiatives.
